Chef Henry has 60 years experience in the food industry. Starting out as a dishwasher at age 14, he worked his way through the ranks to owning his own catering business. His company specializes in American cuisine and southern cooking
that started out with Henry's specialty fried chicken. From there with his involvement within a local chefs association the sky became the limit. He offers custom crafted menu items, if it's not on our listed menu. Your recipe ideas are welcome.
We deliver and cater events providing servers, bartenders and assistance with equipment rentals. No event is too small or too large. We will custom tailor your menu to fit your group and budget.
Henry's associates are specialist in specific types of food.
Chef Bill is a pit master and ice scuptor. Chef Cassandra does healthy meal prep. Chef Cliff is a pit & smoke master.
